Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our webshop. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products

We sell food products (such as Japanese Green Tea) and related accessories (such as whisks and utensils). While we take great care in describing and presenting our products, slight variations in packaging or appearance may occur.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in €EUR and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be completed before the order is shipped.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

• You may return unopened, unused products within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Food and drink products that have been opened, used, or otherwise unsealed are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at [jinbobv@gmail.com] within the 14-day period.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds will be issued once the returned items have been received and inspected.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

7. Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Always follow usage instructions provided with the product.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands, and any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts of Arnhem.
